Q: Are the nuts roasted or baked?
A: Our nuts are baked, not roasted, in small batches.
Q: What's the difference between BAKED and roasted?
A: BAKED nuts are baked at a low temperature to maintain all the healthy nutrients. They are also much softer, kinder to teeth and will melt in your mouth! Roasted nuts use a high temp, along with butter or vanilla.
Q: What kind of shelf life do they have?
A: We guarantee stores a 6-month shelf life.
Q: Do you make the nuts yourself?
A: Yes! All The Nut Lady products are coated, baked and packaged in our Kosher facility in Albany, New York.
Q: Do your nuts contain vanilla extract or butter, as many recipes do?
A: Our original product is baked with sugar, egg whites, cinnamon and salt only. Our Sugar-Free products are baked with ZSweet, egg whites & cinnamon only.
Q: Will you ship them anywhere in the United States?

Q: Do you use preservatives?
A: No Additives or preservatives in these ALL NATURAL nuts.
Q: Aren't all nuts Gluten-Free?
